Terms and Conditions
The website www.globalcoupling.com is operated by Global Couplings Ltd based in Guildford, UK, hereby called the company.
By placing orders on www.globalcoupling.com, the Purchaser acknowledges to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
The Purchaser means any legal entity, business or person, placing an order on the website.
The Products contained on the website whose descriptions are approximate only and whose specifications could change from time to time and as such, shall not form any part of the contract between Purchaser and the Company.
The Order is the order placed and submitted correctly by the Purchaser for one or more products.
Purchase of Products
The Purchaser must register, log in and follow the procedures on the website.
Payment for the whole order placed by the Purchaser must be received by the company prior to the order being accepted. After receipt of payment the Purchaser will receive a confirmed acceptance of order by e-mail, the e-mail address having been provided by the Purchaser.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in GBP (£) and are correct at the time. However they may be subject to change without notice.
The prices are exclusive of UK Sales Tax (VAT) and are exclusive of duties, other legal taxes and delivery costs. The Delivery costs are not included in the Product Prices but are stated separately. Duties and other legal taxes are the legal responsibility of the Purchaser.
Payment of the Products and the Delivery costs must be made by one of this website’s acceptable credit or debit card at the time of the Order.
The Company will aim to deliver the products in accordance with the Purchaser’s order. Products will be sold from stock, unless stated otherwise in the Purchasing process. The Purchaser will be notified if an item is not in stock.
Delivery and Return
The Purchaser is obliged to inspect the products upon receipt immediately.
The company reserves the right to refuse the return any products ordered in error, such errors to be notified to the Company by e-mail no later than 3 days of receipt of the products.
In no situation is the Purchaser at liberty to return the products without applying for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA). If ordered in error the Purchaser is liable for the costs in returning the products. Costs for returning the products will only be accepted by the company if the products are received damaged, wherein when submitting the RMA please attach a photograph of the damaged products, the company to be notified within 2 days of receipt of products.
Complaints about defects in the products must also be reported via the RMA, accompanied by an attached photograph within 8 days after arrival. If the Company agrees then the defective products will be returned to the Company and new replacement products will be sent to the Customer at no cost for either products or delivery charges.
If the product is defective, the company guarantees that it will replace/repair or refund the price for the product. This guarantee is subject to the company being notified within 3 months of the original transaction.
Any misuse or abuse will invalidate this guarantee.
The company will not be held liable for costs incurred by the Purchaser in attempting to rectify/repair or modify the product. These actions will invalidate this guarantee.
On this occasion, the Purchaser is required to complete an RMA prior to any actions being taken by the Company or the Purchaser.
The Company will not be held responsible for any consequential damages/loss or claims by the Purchaser or any third party.
Neither party shall be obliged to complete any obligation from doing so, as a result of Force Majeure.
These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time and is the Purchaser’s responsibility, by placing an order that he acknowledges to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Orders shall be subject to and governed by and subject to the laws of England and Wales.
